To learn how to make your own unpasteurized miso and enjoy its benefits for yourself and your loved ones throughout the year, join us at the Miso Making Workshop, where you will also make another traditional Japanese seasoning, shio koji, which adds umami to your dishes. Participants will also learn to make miso- and shio-koji based recipes that will serve as our lunch, and flavor their own amazake, a Japanese traditional fermented creamy rice drink for our snack.
