We're a group of HIIT beginners who meet up on Sundays at Legazpi Active Park. Join us every week with Coach Third Jocson who's a fitness trainer at Peninsula Manila and San Lorenzo Village, as he creates a fun, challenging routine each time. Sometimes we also discuss nutrition and other health issues. We don't charge anything. Just show up, and commit to yourself.
