This two-session course is ideal for supervisors, managers, and business leaders who need to reorient their leadership skills and understand the changes needed to be brought about by the new normal. It focuses on the operational and people aspects of managing organizations.
This course is delivered as an online classroom plus offline work to maximize learning without the need to be physically present.
