CHAIR YOGA for TIGHT SHOULDERS

Are your shoulders screaming for attention already? Get a sturdy chair. Let’s do yoga.
No yoga experience required. All you need is a chair (no wheels), and basic knowledge/skill of breathing in and breathing out. That’s it.
Look. COVID may have chained you to your desk day in and out, but you only need to slot in 30 minutes into your full schedule to focus and work on your body. That way you can clear and calm your mind and be more productive. You may also smooth away those knots and balls on your shoulder muscles. You may even set some happy hormones gleefully flowing.
For this session, we have some poses done standing up — with the chair as a prop.
Sitting on or standing next to a chair, we will flow from one pose to another with intention and calmness. We will try to quiet the tight shoulders’ screams.
